Pam Kelly has over 25 years of experience in public finance providing investment banking and financial advisory services to the government and not-for-profit sectors. She previously served as a public finance banker with Ferris, Baker Watts, Inc. from 1991 until the firm was acquired in 2008 and joined First Tryon Advisors (formerly Wye River Group) in 2014. Pam’s experience includes both traditional and non-traditional financing structures including COPs, public-private partnerships, tax increment and special tax district financings for economic and infrastructure development. Her background includes strategic planning, financial analysis, finance plan development, and transaction execution.
Pam is a graduate of Towson University (BS in Business Administration and Finance). She is a Board Member of Women in Public Finance, Maryland Chapter as well as a Committee Member of the Maryland Clean Energy Center’s Climate Catalytic Capital Fund Investment Oversight Committee. Pam is and a Municipal Advisor Representative (Series 50).
