Evelyn Dalton joined First Tryon Advisors in June 2024. Prior to joining the firm, Evelyn worked as an Intern with a Washington, DC non-profit while attending the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She was also a Co-Founder and Executive Director of Blended Finance of SolarEquity, a non-profit she helped to create while a student at Chapel Hill. Evelyn is a Morehead-Cain Scholar and graduated in May 2024 with a B.S. in Economics and Mathematics; Philosophy, Politics and Economics Minor. Evelyn is a member of Women in Public Finance’s Emerging Leaders Council (ELC), a program created to support high-potential early-career professionals and women who have recently transitioned into public finance by providing opportunities to develop leadership skills, expand professional networks, and gain industry recognition. She holds the Municipal Advisor Representative license (Series 50).
