William Bass
Director
Bill Bass has over 10 years of financial and real estate advisory experience. His primary areas of responsibility include the development of comprehensive and dynamic financial projections, debt affordability analyses, credit rating assessments and finance plans for a variety of refunding and new money projects. Bill also coordinates the competitive solicitation of debt financings, the negotiation of interest rate derivatives and the investment of bond proceeds and aids in the structuring of creative solutions for achieving the financial objectives of the firm’s clients.
Bill is a graduate of Towson University (BS in Business – Finance Concentration, Magna Cum Laude) and Municipal Advisor Representative (Series 50).
